I occasionally work my way through a class from The Teaching Company (they sell DVD’s of classes by college professors) and every couple of months they post a listing of events in the general area (loosely defined) that are related to their classes (also loosely). Thought you might like to check one of these listings out to see if there is anything of interest to you – assuming as I do that people who read are bright, open minded and curious people.
